Biggest Loser? No, but I'm trying. Working out is exhausting, but it's true what they say about the endorphins you get from it. It's great to have that extra boost of energy with my boys. I just have to keep it up, I really want to reach my goal by May at least. Eating has been getting easier and easier for me. It is so hard to break those old habits, like desserts and eating because your board or have had a bad day. I was talking to my sister on the phone this morning about all of this, and everybody has struggles. It's not just the number on the scale, it's about health. What I'm trying to retrain myself to think, is mindful eating, not just what tastes good. So I advise not going by In and Out because if you smell that delicious smell, it's all over. Those grilled onion and fry aromas get me every time :)
