Kill the Motor


How I kill my sweet tooth without breaking my diet...

Yoplait Whip Yougart- especially the Lemon Merengue and Chocolate Mint

One peice of Dove dark chocolate

Hershey Sticks- Carmel or Chocolate Mint (only 60 calories) you can find these in the candy isle

Sugar-free Apple Cider

100 calorie pack of Sandy cookies or the fudge strips shortbread

The only fat free Ice Cream I like- is Breyers Double Churn Fat Free Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, which is really really good- only 100 calories in a half cup

*put ice cream in a cup or mug so it seems like more than a half cup :)
