Vanishing 20 lbs

This is my first post of my new blog, my sister-in-law Kari had a brilliant idea...Public dieting basically. To post and keep track of your weight loss goals- for support and accountability. That's what we all need, I think. It's hard to loose weight by yourself, now we don't have to! So here it goes... I weighted 160 on the 4th of this month, then 159 one week later on a Friday. My plan is to weigh 140 before my 5 year wedding anniversary (May 31st)

My goals are: drop 2 lbs a week, weighing in on Fridays. Eat very healthy the whole week ( low fat diet, no red meat of course, balanced meals with lots of nutrition and plenty of water) and have a "free eating day" on Sunday. Eating what sounds good, within reason :)
Don't get on the scale at all except for Fridays, I tend to be obsessive about it. And EXERCISE! I'm the worst at getting off my butt and working out. At lease 20 minutes 3xs a week- which doesn't sound like much, but it will be a challenge.
