Well, it's Friday which means I weighed my self this morning and I am at 158.5. Which is OK I guess, I was at 159.5 last Friday. I hope by next Friday to be at 157 at least. I am going to set my goals a little higher for this week-
exercise 4x a week and drink at least 8 cups of water a day

Any loss is a good start. Hang in there! I was at Trader Joes yesterday and they have 100 calorie dark chocolate bars-- maybe I will have to mail you some to help out with your sweet tooth craving.
