Yo yo weight losses and gains (with the picture that shocked me into loosing weight)



I weigh in at 136.6 lbs and 19.0% body fat! I didn't do the chicken, fruit and veggie diet, if I did I'm sure I would have lost more. (it's just too hard!) In a later post I want to write down what I based my diet on when I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago. I when from 178 lbs (the first picture) to 155lbs ...then I got pregnant with Weston, lost even more and went from about 165 to 138lbs (second picture)...then got pregnant with Wyatt. This is actually a big deal to me to get thin. I have always been a thin person growing up and I gained a lot after I got married and could buy any groceries I wanted (junk food) so things got out of hand. So I am glad to be back to the weight that is healthy and normal for me! I haven't been at 136 lbs since I was 17 years old!!

Hey tricia, you are doing great! Congrats on you weight loss. I'm about 2.8lbs away from my goal, so both almost there!

Wow, the top picture is definitely before I knew you, but you look great now, good job! And Laura looks about 14 in the bottom picture? Everyone's doing really great on the Biggest Loser and the 8 lb. club!
