A new scale & new weight
Ok, so I bought a new scale today. I hated the one we had, it was a tad disfuntional, it would vary your weight by as much 2-3 lbs. I will re-weigh myself tommorow morning!
***So it is Tuesday morning, and my weight is 138.2 and 19.7% Body Fat***
(in January I was 27.4% Body fat!) hooray for progress!

Monday weigh in
I lost 1/2 pound this week. I was hoping for more, but it's still a half pound. I'm going to be trying a chicken, fruit and veggie diet this week, wish me luck!

8 lb Club anyone?
HERE WE GO AGAIN... I lost my excess weight from having Wyatt a few months ago. My stubborn 20 lbs... This morning I weighed 140.5, and I would like to shoot for 132. It's mostly because everybody is going all out with their weight loss goals and doing great! I'm so happy to see the people I care about dedicating themselves to health. Even Matt wants to change his eating habits and eat better, so I'm just going to eat healthy and exercise regularly, nothing to major, just be more conscience about food choices and activity level. So Monday's I will post weight and progress and so forth...Any one else just want to loose a few and be part of the "8 lb Club?"
