In a rut

I haven't lost any more weight since my last post. i am not happy about that at all. I 'm not being careful about what I eat, and I'm not exersicing hardly at all. What's going on? I have been so stressed out lately about opening the hair shop, it's sooo much work, when I'm not at the shop, I'm still at home stressing about it. Stress is killing my weight loss goal, along with me saying"i just need to eat something that tastes good right now" I'm feeling like really stuck. It seems like if you eat one thing unhealthy than more you want to keep eating bad food. I need to get back on track and stop making excuses. So next post will be awesome, I promise!
