I am at 149 lbs! Only nine more to go! Someone, who shall remain nameless, wanted me to share what I a m doing to loose weight-so here it is. Know what's healthy and what's not! Wheat bread vs. white, 100 calories in a doughnut is not the same as 100 calories in fruit. I try to a keep low fat version of everything in the house. I try to never get HUNGRY. Always eat snacks between meals, even if your not really hungry. It will definitly keep you from pigging out at dinner, or making a bad food choice. Know your nutrition labels and what they mean. You meals shouldn't really go over about 300 calories and snacks over 150. That's about 1,200 calories per day. Allow one day a week to eat a sinful meal. It's actually good for you because it shocks your metabolism and gives you the chance to get it out of your system. It also let's me resist something I really want to eat, because I know I have to save it for that day. Soon you will find yourself loosing a pound here or a pound there and guess what, it adds up! The most important thing? Determination! You CAN loose weight if you want to. Don't give up when you feel let down by the scale or your favorite food has caught you eye... again.
