This is really weird, but I am down to 133.6 lbs!? How did this happen? I haven't even been trying to loose weight, Yet I am weighing less and less when I get on the scale. This is what I've been doing different this week... I am eating dark chocolate at night, I read that it is good for your health in numerous ways, oh yeah, and it's my favorite! I've been doing toning exercises from time to time, but that's about it for workouts. We also ran out of a lot of groceries at home so I had the 100 calorie Progresso soups for lunch a few times this week that were stuffed in the back of the cupboard. All in all I guess it was just this random combination that contributed to this crazy weight loss, I'll take it!

Monday again!
I didn't loose any weight this week, but I think I'm just going to concentrate on "shape" instead of weight. I'm going to do toning and weight lifting now. I am really happy with 136 lbs! I haven't been there since I was in highschool. If I loose more, great, but I going to just concentrate on healthy eating and maintaining. Thanks for everyones support in my goal!!!!
