one pound closer....

i'm at 144.5 and counting. I'm trying so hard, what's the deal? I now the more you are to your ideal weight, the more your body wants to hold on to the extra fat, but let it go already-I don't want it!... Now i need a tan!

5.5 lbs to go!

Today I'm at 145.5! I resisted a huge peice of chocolate cake this afternoon at a mother's day party. Not Easy. But worth it, I hope!

update since Monday

I just wanted to update-- I'm at 146 lbs as of this morning, and since my last post I have been on the tredmill (in the garage) every other day and eating really well. Hooray for weight loss! 6 more to go and I'm there!!!
