I'm back on track!

I lost another pound this week dispite the amazingly yummy dessert on Bunco night (and yes Jen, I ate more when I got home!!) and the three slices of veggie pizza last night :) I chalk it up to nursing, it burns about 500 calories a day, hooray for Wyatt and his hungry belly!! Today is my hubby's birthday, so we're going out to eat, I'll try to behave (no promises!!)

Not such a good week for the scale :(

A little set back happened this week. I ate poorly and put my exersice on the back burner, so I didn't loose any weight this week! Yikes! I need to get it together! OK, no more slacking off, I'm back on my Vanishing 20 quest as of right now!

It's Friday!

I am making this entry breif because I have to get ready for work: it's Friday and that means I have to face the scale....155.5! I am steadily loosing one pound a week, but what's even better is I am loosing body fat. I was 27.4% body fat on Jan 16th and now I am 26.5% today.

156.5 lbs, yah! Working out has been the biggest challenge for sure, but I did it 4 days this week. Let's see if next week's workouts do the same...
